GROWTH utilise le pouvoir de transformation des programmes de formation et des m\u00e9thodologies innovantes d'apprentissage en ligne pour doter les jeunes, y compris ceux issus de milieux \u00e9conomiquement d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s, des outils et des comp\u00e9tences essentiels \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de l'entrepreneuriat. Ce projet ne se limite pas \u00e0 la formation commerciale ; il s'agit d'une approche holistique visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l'image de soi, les \u00e9motions positives, la r\u00e9silience et l'\u00e9panouissement de la jeunesse europ\u00e9enne. GROWTH vise \u00e0 ouvrir une voie vers l'entrepreneuriat qui soit accessible, durable et enrichie par le mentorat et le soutien de la communaut\u00e9.
